these terms govern your use of klarhed.app (the "site") and any request you make to join the klarhed early-access program. by using the site you agree to them. if you do not agree, please do not use the site.

the site

this is a marketing site for klarhed, a product still in active development. the information here describes our current plans and may change without notice. nothing on the site is a binding offer, a guarantee of availability, or a commitment to specific features.

early access

requesting early access does not guarantee that you will be granted access. the program is offered to a limited group, may change or end at any time, and is provided on an "as is" basis. we will contact you at the address you provide; you can ask to be removed at any time (see our privacy policy).

acceptable use

do not use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or submit information that is not yours to submit (for example, someone else's email address without their permission).

intellectual property

the klarhed name, logo, and site content are ours or used with permission. our open-source components are governed by their own licenses, available in the project repository.

disclaimer and liability

the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which klarhed is established, without regard to conflict- of-law rules. mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
